Welcome to Phase 2 Strength & Transformation, a coaching brand built on grit, precision, and purpose. If you have heard about us, you probably know that we used to own a gym down at Boat Quay called PrimeFit Singapore! Unfortunately, Ray had cancer and we could no longer sustain the gym and had to close its doors. Fast forward, we are still doing what we love — transforming lives.

Founded by Jia, hybrid athlete, strength and performance coach, Phase 2 was created for busy professionals who have “been there, done that” and no longer seek quick fixes to look and feel their best — they want sustainable strength, transformation, and confidence that carries beyond the gym.

Our philosophy is simple: training should build both muscle and mindset. Phase 2 of your LIFE is all about getting things RIGHT!

Through evidence-based programming, flexible nutrition approaches, and accountability systems, we help clients break plateaus, rebuild discipline, and rediscover what it means to feel strong — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
